The process is bold, the payoff enormous.
1. DISCOVER
All organizations have relational styles as unique as fingerprints. Here we discover yours. This exploration of ways people communicate - how they relate or don’t - includes everyone from leaders to administrative assistants, even cleaning staff.
Next, we dig into your challenges. Not just surface issues, but the “why” beneath deeper, systemic problems. Are employees frustrated with internal communication? Is it a single manager or team member dragging you down? Is your workplace simply not fun?
2. THE SCHOOL OF CONNECTION
Most people have never studied communications basics, so it’s time to go back to school.
Did you know that true “dialogue” means to discover something neither side already knows?
During a conversation, have you ever asked “What type of conversation are we having right now - informational or emotional?”
While you may pose questions, have you ever asked whether you’re asking the right questions?
How do we “see” others free from stereotypes and negative assumptions?

Armed with new skills, we launch one or more new initiatives to resolve the concerns uncovered during your Discovery process. These are unique, custom solutions that spring directly from your team. Each focuses on heightening human connection - within your organization, or between organizations.
4. SUSTAINING THE NOTE
In this final step, we assess the success of each creative initiative.
What worked, what almost worked, and what failed? (Failures are great learning experiences.) Then it’s time to revise and relaunch. For each initiative, a “goodwill ambassador” within your organization is assigned that assures it will remain fresh and sustainable.
